1 / Do I need a PRR?

If your proposed development has aspects of non-compliance, lack of local area precedence or there are potential reasons as to why there would be objections from neighbouring properties or council, then a PPR is for you.

2 / What is the framework of a PPR

Overall analysis of how your project stacks up when the relevant SEPP/LEP/DCP controls are applied, whether or not the project meets objectives, what precedence can be relied upon.

3 / How will a town planner present my PPR?

The PPR will comprehensively explore all of the relevant planning controls, itemising them in an easy to read document. The PPR will conclude with recommendations and next steps forward.
